Industry: Hospitality (Restaurants & Resorts)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for a seamless workforce experience.
- Lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and oversee performance management.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and training programs to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
