Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Keeper
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire inventory process, including receiving, organizing, maintaining, and issuing stock using a computerized system.
- Keep accurate records of inventory while implementing proper inventory control procedures.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and ad hoc cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, monitor reorder points, track age of stock, and update store records.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. (A/L) or part qualification in Store Management from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inventory Control and Store Management, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting and inventory management systems.
- Candidates residing near Matara District are preferred.
- Age: Below 40 years.
