Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire inventory process, including receiving, organizing, maintaining, and issuing stock using a computerized system.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory while implementing proper inventory control procedures.
  • Participate in monthly inventory counts and ad hoc cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, monitor reorder points, track age of stock, and update store records.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. (A/L) or part qualification in Store Management from a recognized institution (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inventory Control and Store Management, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting and inventory management systems.
  • Candidates residing near Matara District are preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.
