Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to boost brand engagement and visibility.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across all social media channels.

E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Raja Jewellers e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, collaborating with teams to address any technical or operational challenges.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with Raja Jewellers' business goals and brand identity.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.

Website Management:

  • Regularly update the Raja Jewellers website with fresh and relevant content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.

Stay Updated with Market Trends:

  • Continuously monitor the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills:
