SOS Children's Villages Sri Lanka is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Intern to support the Human Resources and Organizational Development (HR & OD) department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic nonprofit environment dedicated to creating a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR functions and administrative tasks.
- Support data entry and document management for HR processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed qualifications in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Deadline-driven with great attention to detail.
- Candidates residing near Kesbewa/Piliyandala will be given preference.
Internship Benefits:
- Monthly internship allowance of Rs. 15,000/-.
