Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with factory standards and quality requirements.
- Manage store operations, including handling Material Requisitions (MR), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and preparing monthly stock reports.
- Implement efficient and organized stock management practices to support seamless factory operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and inventory control processes.
- Facilitate effective material flow to meet production demands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 3-5 years in the manufacturing or construction industry, with strong expertise in inventory management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents with precision.
- Proven experience in preparing stock-related reports and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Education: GCE A/L qualification (minimum requirement). A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a steel manufacturing company is a significant advantage.
- Age: Below 40 years.
