Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate background verifications by collecting, verifying, and tracking candidate documents while ensuring confidentiality.
- Draft engaging job advertisements aligned with hiring needs and employer branding guidelines.
- Publish job postings on job boards, the company portal, and social media to maximize visibility.
- Assist the HR team with additional activities to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
