Position: Junior Production Executive

As a Junior Production Executive, you will assist the Production Manager in achieving optimal production volumes and quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining production data, overseeing machinery performance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment. You will also play a crucial role in training and supervising the production team while actively contributing to production and process control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager in achieving production targets and maintaining quality.
• Monitor and maintain production data and machinery.
• Ensure safe and effective use of plant equipment.
• Train, supervise, and support the production workforce.
• Contribute to production and process control efforts.

Requirements:

• A degree in Science (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants should be below 30 years of age.
