Position 1: Line Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Meet strict production targets while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous factory performance improvement and optimize manufacturing and packing output.
- Reduce material and energy wastage through effective resource management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or NDT in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Management from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing (Experience in FMCG is a plus).
- Knowledge of manufacturing process control techniques, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards for quality and environmental management.
Position 2: Production Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and meet production targets while ensuring high quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and maintain productivity standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Management from a recognized university/institute, or NVQ Level 7 equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
