Position: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement detailed production plans and strategies to meet order demands.
- Monitor and optimize workflows, resolving technical issues swiftly.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced production quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational/Professional qualifications in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical expertise in production oversight and team leadership.
- Proficiency in production planning, lean manufacturing principles, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Age between 35-47 years.
