We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for a Store Keeper to join us!
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing products, explaining pricing, and helping customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the store organized, dust-free, and visually appealing at all times.
- Revamp Showroom Displays: Rearrange and refresh showroom layouts every two weeks to create a welcoming and aesthetic environment.
- Propose Improvements: Identify ways to enhance store operations and customer experiences and share innovative ideas with the management team.
- Manage Orders: Track pending orders, liaise with the workshop, and follow up with customers to ensure timely updates and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in storekeeping or a related role is preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Sinhala is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a bonus.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be under 30 years of age.
- Attitude: A proactive and positive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to the store’s operations.
