Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs with guides for seamless operations and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Identify and develop new program opportunities to offer unique guest experiences.
- Supervise technical visits and ensure they meet company standards.
- Assess and report on the performance of national guides, chauffeur guides, and drivers to maintain service excellence.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc situations and emergencies, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- Residence in the Down South region will be an added advantage.
