David Pieris Racing & Leisure (Private) Limited (DPRL), a subsidiary of the David Pieris Group, is renowned for its premier leisure offerings, including Pearl Bay Bandaragama, Sri Lanka’s first water park built to European Health and Safety Standards, the Speedway at Port City Colombo karting track, and the scenic Hill Cottage in Nuwara Eliya. We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Agents to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing helpful and friendly ticket services, while sharing information on facilities, entertainment options, and promotional offers.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage a cash float, perform cashier duties, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain seamless communication with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of guest requests and complaints.
- Assist guests with general inquiries, including lost and found, park facilities, events, and other essential information.
- Uphold a high standard of guest service by ensuring a safe and secure environment, while following health and safety procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- A recognized Diploma or Professional Qualification with relevant experience in guest services or customer relations.
- Hands-on experience with online ticket booking systems; familiarity with PMS or other guest reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and independent decision-making, aligned with company policies and regulations.
