Edinborough Products (Pvt) Ltd, a leading name in Sri Lanka's food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development & Activation to join our team in Rajagiriya. As the largest exporter of sauces in Sri Lanka, with a global presence in over 26 countries including the USA, Canada, and Europe, we are dedicated to delivering premium food products with a legacy of over five decades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and activation projects from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- BSc in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- CIM/SLIM qualification or an MBA would be a significant advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, brand strategies, and execution.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in Sinhala & English.
- Age: 30-45 years.
- Male candidates preferred.
