Position: Assistant Manager - Supply Planning
Join our dynamic team and collaborate with the Manager of Supply Planning to develop innovative supply strategies, meet customer demands, and optimize stock norms. Play a vital role in creating a competitive edge through effective supply network management and planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan supply for designated Finished Goods, supporting the overall supply plan.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with stockouts and FG unavailability.
- Develop supply planning strategies for new projects.
- Provide weekly production and demand variance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and present them during S&OP meetings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Academic or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in task execution, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SAP or other MRP systems.
