Position: Business Development Manager – Brand Exports
Role Overview: We seek a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead and execute regional brand sales and marketing strategies. This role involves driving sales and profitability through market expansion, new business development, and trade marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with distributors to drive business growth in designated regions.
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights for effective campaign planning.
- Lead brand visibility efforts through events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted digital strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and cost management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
