Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning services team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the cleaning industry, strong team management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Flexibility to work late hours is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Oversee and manage cleaning teams to ensure tasks are executed to the highest standards.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Schedule Development: Create and implement efficient cleaning schedules based on client requirements.

- Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring and building strong cleaning teams to meet business demands.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on operations, team performance, and client feedback for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Flexibility to work late hours as needed.
