Position: Customer Care Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
  • Direct customer queries to the appropriate departments for quick and effective solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document call-related information accurately according to company standards.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. Ordinary Level and/or Advanced Level (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Call Center, or Telemarketing (experience in motor insurance or financial services is a plus).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient in working with computer systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Location: Colombo (Head Office)
