Position: Customer Care Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Direct customer queries to the appropriate departments for quick and effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Document call-related information accurately according to company standards.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level and/or Advanced Level (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Call Center, or Telemarketing (experience in motor insurance or financial services is a plus).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in working with computer systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Location: Colombo (Head Office)
