We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Specialist to join our growing team and deliver top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user devices to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage hardware warranties and perform device upgrades and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct regular health checkups on PCs and other devices.
- Visit client locations to support IT systems and prevent failures.
- Ensure privacy and data protection while meeting SLAs and deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest product and technology developments.
- Complete relevant certifications within the specified timeframes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic diploma or certification in computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 1-year experience in managing IT devices such as PCs and printers (school leavers with basic knowledge will also be considered).
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and the ability to travel to assigned locations.
- Preference given to candidates from Biyagama, Katunayake, Avissawella, Gampaha, Ratmalana, Koggala, Trincomalee, and Colombo.
