Role Overview – HR Assistant
As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, employee welfare, and administrative functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration and welfare activities.
- Support weekly and monthly payroll functions.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports.
- Provide support across various HR operations as needed.
Personal Profile
- Qualifications:
- A degree in HRM/Management from a recognized university or a professional HRM qualification from a reputable institute.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
