With a dynamic blend of local and international cuisine, we continue to set new standards in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Now, we’re looking for a HR Assistant / Junior Executive to join our team and contribute to our growing success!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with recruitment, counseling, grievance management, and disciplinary inquiries.
✔ Support staff onboarding, termination processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
✔ Implement and monitor KPIs and SOPs to maintain HR efficiency.
✔ Maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee records.
✔ Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan Labor Laws.
✔ Provide assistance in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
✔ Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
✔ Prior HR experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
✔ Proficiency in HR software and strong organizational skills.
✔ Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage.
✔ Male candidates are preferred.
