Candidate Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Administration or an equivalent qualification.
✔ Part qualification in a professional body such as CIPM will be an added advantage.
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
✔ Flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines when required.
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office packages.
✔ Excellent English proficiency with a team-oriented mindset.
✔ Candidates residing in or around Horana / Ingiriya are preferred.
✔ Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
