ELSTEEL (Pvt) Ltd is a globally recognized manufacturer of low-voltage type-tested modular enclosure systems. As we continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Intern to join our Work Study / Industrial Engineering team.
Internship Role – Work Study / Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support operational and work-study processes within the manufacturing facility.
✔ Analyze and improve workflow efficiencies and industrial engineering practices.
✔ Assist in data collection, reporting, and process optimization.
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operational Management, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
✔ Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office packages.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✔ Quick learner with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
✔ Team player with a positive mindset and great interpersonal skills.
✔ Age below 30 years.
✔ Candidates residing near Katunayake will have an added advantage.
