Position: Welder & Fitter – Coconut Milk Factory
Location: Katana, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, repair, and weld components for UHT plants, shelling machines, vibrator sieves, canning line equipment, and expellers.
- Perform pipeline welding for both utility and product lines.
- Execute Arc and TIG welding tasks for other machinery as required.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues.
- Apply 3G, 4G, and 6G welding techniques effectively.
Requirements:
- Certification in Welding Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
- Experience with industrial food processing equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship.
