Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Work effectively within a team environment to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or customer service position.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- C Pass in English in the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
- Age below 30 years.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
