Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a leading subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, was incorporated on 19th April 2004. We are licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer - Digital Products to join our team at the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound video verifications for English-speaking customers during the onboarding process.
- Engage with customers to provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our digital products and services.
- Generate interest and facilitate the onboarding process for customers to our digital platforms.
- Stay updated on new digital product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Handle inbound calls related to wallet functionalities, addressing complaints, inquiries, and clarifications.
- Maintain documentation related to wallet functionalities and customer interactions.
- Provide assistance with IT-related issues in the absence of a team member.
Candidate Profile:
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital payments and wallet systems.
- Proven ability to professionally manage and engage with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using call center software, managing support tickets, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil will be considered an additional advantage.
