About the Role:
Central Finance Company PLC is looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our City Office in Colombo. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and IT skills, capable of providing operational support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. As part of the HR team, you will assist in a wide range of HR and administrative functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for a variety of HR and administrative functions.
  • Maintain and update HR files and records in a timely manner to assist effective management decision-making.
  • Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Heads of Divisions, to ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Contribute to driving HR excellence and support process improvement initiatives within the company.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Sinhala and English.
  • Proficient in using IT tools, spreadsheets, databases, and digital HR platforms.
  • Possess relevant HR qualifications from a reputable university or institution.
