Job Opportunity: Training, Recruitment, and Business Development Manager
About Us:
Green Lines Logistics, a leading security services provider in Sri Lanka, is experiencing rapid growth despite industry challenges. We specialize in providing Civil Security Services, as well as Hi-Tech installations and equipment, to a wide range of clients. Our company is approved by the Ministry of Defense and is a member of the Sri Lanka Security Services Providers Association (SLASSPA). We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Training, Recruitment, and Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire skilled employees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the performance of security personnel.
- Participate in operational field activities, including site patrols, to ensure the seamless delivery of security services.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the company's long-term sustainability and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: GCE A/L and a Diploma in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, training, or business development, preferably in the private security industry.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Age: Below 55 years.
- Transport: Preference will be given to candidates who own a motorbike.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in recruitment, human resource management, and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Capability to create and implement strategic business plans.
- Familiarity with industry trends and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience in operational fieldwork is an advantage.
- Police or military experience will be considered a plus.
