Job Opportunity: Training, Recruitment, and Business Development Manager

About Us:
Green Lines Logistics, a leading security services provider in Sri Lanka, is experiencing rapid growth despite industry challenges. We specialize in providing Civil Security Services, as well as Hi-Tech installations and equipment, to a wide range of clients. Our company is approved by the Ministry of Defense and is a member of the Sri Lanka Security Services Providers Association (SLASSPA). We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Training, Recruitment, and Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire skilled employees.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the performance of security personnel.
  • Participate in operational field activities, including site patrols, to ensure the seamless delivery of security services.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the company's long-term sustainability and success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: GCE A/L and a Diploma in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, training, or business development, preferably in the private security industry.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
  • Age: Below 55 years.
  • Transport: Preference will be given to candidates who own a motorbike.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in recruitment, human resource management, and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Capability to create and implement strategic business plans.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience in operational fieldwork is an advantage.
  • Police or military experience will be considered a plus.
