Our Graduate Trainee Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on experience in multiple areas, including garment technology, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, and production planning. Trainees will be actively involved in innovating garment construction, managing product development and production, ensuring high manufacturing standards, optimizing efficiency, and overseeing the execution of planning. Reporting directly to Assistant Managers, you'll play an essential role in streamlining production processes.
