Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka’s travel and tourism industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong task-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Available to provide client support around the clock when necessary
- Sales and marketing-oriented personality
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for international travelers
- Team player, willing to assist colleagues as needed
- Age: Below 30 years
- Minimum of a Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Understand and assess clients’ travel needs to design customized itineraries
- Organize travel arrangements from start to finish, including accommodation, transportation, and excursions
- Provide clients with relevant travel information and materials to enhance their experience
- Apply sales principles and efficiently manage client relationships
- Create costings for travel packages and manage bookings
- Oversee seamless check-ins and check-outs for clients
- Conduct client meetings and hotel inspections on a scheduled basis
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
