Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Recognized academic or professional qualification in HRM (completed or in progress).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills.
  • Attitude: Team player with adaptability and a positive work ethic.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in sustainability reporting is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee personal files.
  • Liaise with institutions like EPF & ETF for statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate HR functions with Khiri Group Management.
  • Oversee recruitment, promotions, and leave management.
  • Manage procurement and general administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with Travel Designers for tour pack preparations (e.g., gifts, tour packets).
  • Support sustainability, HR, and administrative tasks as assigned.
