Key Qualifications:
- Education: Recognized academic or professional qualification in HRM (completed or in progress).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills.
- Attitude: Team player with adaptability and a positive work ethic.
- Bonus: Prior experience in sustainability reporting is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage employee personal files.
- Liaise with institutions like EPF & ETF for statutory requirements.
- Coordinate HR functions with Khiri Group Management.
- Oversee recruitment, promotions, and leave management.
- Manage procurement and general administrative duties.
- Collaborate with Travel Designers for tour pack preparations (e.g., gifts, tour packets).
- Support sustainability, HR, and administrative tasks as assigned.
